Beach House Villas are Negril’s premiere villa accommodations catering to large groups up to 20 people. The deluxe property is beachfront and consists of several types of villas. All are very spacious with full kitchens, living room, dining room, and large patios and verandas. There is a 24 hour bar and restaurant on the property. The Beach House is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom duplex villa. It can be sold alone or with the Penthouse (located right on top), which would make it a 5-bedroom/6-bath villa. It can accommodate from 10-20 people. The penthouse, located on top of the beachhouse can hold up to 8 people. The Reef House is a 4 bedroom, 6-bathroom villa that can also accommodate from 10-20 people. The Reef House can split into 2 seperate two bedroom units. The Jungle House is a 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom that can house from 9-14 people. The newest villa is called the Ocean Suite. It is a 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom for 4 to 8 people, built on top of the 24-hour beach bar (you can't get closer to the water without getting wet). The Sun Suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room with kitchen and can accommodate 4-6 people. All villas are smack in the middle of the action!
